An Evening of Cabaret

Join Peninsula Cantare for our second annual An Evening of Cabaret and Gala Fundraiser. We’ll have a program of music from all genres, including musical theatre, jazz, pop, and more, sung by some of the Bay Area’s best performers. Our annual silent auction will allow you a chance to bid on a few delectable items all to support Peninsula Cantare’s programs. Your ticket price includes heavy hors d’oeuvres, desserts, plus wine and champagne.

Embrace the magic of the holidays with Peninsula Cantare’s annual “Deck the Halls” concert! The chorus is joined by a professional orchestra for a concert of carols and holiday favorites, as well as contemporary arrangements for choir, orchestra, and percussion. This concert features the eloquent Cantata 191 by Johann Sebastian Bach, plus we’ll have our annual carol sing-along, and a chance for one of our audience members to conduct. Bring the whole family and join us in celebrating the best time of the year!

Join Peninsula Cantare for an emotional and moving season finale! The centerpiece work will be Craig Hella Johnson’s Considering Matthew Shepard Suite, with video projections and chamber orchestra. This uplifting piece offers listeners a compassionate and evocative musical journey through Matt’s story. The first half of the concert includes Caroline Shaw’s award-winning modern masterpiece, To the Hands. Together, these two works alongside favorites like “Over the Rainbow” will leave our audiences feeling both hopeful and joyous. You won’t want to miss this concert!
